Return & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are only accepted for unopened, unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Opened or used fragrance oils, perfumes, or body products

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Sale items or gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a photo and your order number to support@ebriee.com, and we’ll make it right.

Refunds (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
